There’s no customer service or support option in the app to contact anyone, which is extremely frustrating. I expected a much better experience. To say that it’s glitchy is an understatement. I spent a half an hour, telling it certain traits that I wanted my avatar to have, only to have that all get erased and it loop back around to the greeting message again. I tried doing it again and the exact same thing happened. So I never got to personalize my avatar. The avatar creation takes a very long time to show up and all it does is loop video footage it asked you to film of yourself at the start. After all that, I tried speaking to it and it told me that it could only communicate through text. It’s possible that this feature works for some people, but for me, the AI talked about how it doesn’t have that ability yet. If that’s true, then the advertisements for this are extremely misleading. This was the interaction that I had with the AI “avatar”: Avatar: I can only communicate through text, but I'm here to help with any information or questions you might have. Let me know how I can assist you! Me: Why can you only communicate through text? Wasn't the entire point of this to create a digital avatar of myself that I can talk to? Avatar: While I currently only communicate through text, advancements in digital avatars and voice interactions are continuously evolving, so it may become possible to have more dynamic interactions in the future. Integrating voice and creating digital avatars involves complex technologies that are still being refined. ### 2/5 — Constant errors *2025-11-16, version 1.0.13* Full of errors for the original and twin avatars.
