This app truely works. I received a toned stomach and a faint abs outline. This app doesn’t work if you obviously don’t stick to it but also you need to be carful what you eat as well. If you eat chocolate everyday obviously it won’t work.

Is this just one set of 12 exercises, or is there a way to change them daily? Where does the 30-days come into play?
