無料でありがたいアプリなんですけど、
トレーニングが終わった後に流れるCM動画？が、「あなたの携帯はウィルスに汚染されています」的な詐欺っぽいのが流れるのでやめてほしい

カウントしてくれるので続けやすいが、腕立てと背筋は顔を20cm〜25cm離している時画面が黒くなってしまってカウントされません。

画面が黒くならないようにするには、スマホから顔を離さないようにして続けるか、30cmほど離して、画面が再点灯するまで2〜3秒待ってから続けなければいけないのでとってもストレスです。

そこさえなければ普通に筋トレするより断然続けやすいです。
