That is saying a lot for me. 1-29-24 I had back surgery & was left unable to walk (I did a lot of PT & I walk like Mother Teresa & the Hunchback combined) I have been in constant pain since then. I wear a brace when I am upright & I use a rollator wherever I go. Being able to plank for 30 seconds is huge for me & now I can do 5 minutes. It allows you to set times and rest days to do whatever kind of 30 day planking challenge you want. There’s no bells and whistles beyond that which personally I like. The only reason I didn’t score it higher is that there’s no option to get rid of ads. I go to the App Store searching for apps when I find this app. At first I was skeptical but it was free so I was like I’ll give it a try. It asked maybe one thing when I first opened the app, but that’s it. No log in. No sign up. No name. No email. No phone number. Nothing. It’s super easy to use. I’m on day 4 and I’ve had one ad the whole time after I finished my plank. I live that you start at 20 seconds then get to 300 seconds which is 5 minutes. I actually live this app so much. The drawings are also very cute. I also like that at the end of the plank, it gives you a little pep talk kinda.
