スクワットチャレンジが良かったのでこちらも入れました。「スケジュール」で回数や休息日を変えて自分に合ったプランにできて良い。カウント音と終了ホイッスルが励みになる。30日経過後も継続のため使おうと思います。

相当顔を近づけないと（あるいはタップしないと）カウントされないので辞書とティッシュ箱の上にスマホをおいて、腕を曲げたときに鼻が画面につくよう高さを調整して使っています。

毎日の目標回数や休息日を変更できるので予定に合わせやすく続けやすいです。
