Cons: could do some planned places due to rain (maybe rescheduling option could help), and if we were informed earlier about traffic & activity timings, we wouldn‚ have missed a few activities, one stop solution for my all travel needs. **Developer response:** Dear Guest, Thank you for the honest feedback! As part of the package, I was promised a 21-photo photobook, for which I uploaded my selected photos as instructed. After waiting for nearly two months, I had to follow up regarding the status of my photobook. I was then informed that there was a technical issue and was asked to upload all the photos again. This is highly unprofessional and shows a lack of responsibility and customer care. The inconvenience caused to me is unacceptable. Despite this unresolved issue, your team is requesting that I provide a 5-star rating. I do not understand how I can give a positive rating when the promised service has still not been delivered and I have had to follow up repeatedly. I sincerely request that my photobook be completed and delivered without any further delay. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend your services to others until these issues are resolved. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve your customer support and service quality. ### 1/5 — Won’t recommend. *2026-04-09* I have travelled recently. And i am totally disappointed. It’s not for couples as what they say. I was on my honeymoon tour and trust me guys , there was nothing planned or specially planned for us. The commitments they do before going is different and after reaching is different. Confusing and overrated itinerary. 1. Visa issue, Before trip starting , 2 days before they said have you done with visa, i said i am not aware of it. I thought it would be from your side. So they said no sir you only told us that visa i will manage, and i said as i am traveling for the first time how can i know about it. And i never given this statement. Then the person said we have all the recordings, i said send it to me. But they didn’t got any of the recordings. And i had to pay emergency extra money for visa around 24,000/- for 2 person for vietnam. I have already given up on it. Please be sure if you really want good memories with your loved ones, I wont ever recommend to you. They are some more good players available. I am extremely disappointed with my experience on this tour and would honestly rate it 1 star. Firstly, the itinerary was overloaded with unnecessary activities that felt intentionally added just to increase the package price and make the tour look premium on paper. In reality, these activities were rushed, poorly planned, and added no real value to the overall experience. Secondly, this tour is NOT couple-friendly. During the trip, I personally interacted with around 7 different couples, and almost all of them were unhappy and frustrated with how the tour was managed and paced for couples. Lastly, the biggest issue was the lack of proper support from both the backend team and the on-ground staff. Whenever problems arose, there was no timely response, no accountability, and no real solution provided. We were often left to manage things on our own, which completely ruined the travel experience. These three major problems — unnecessary activities to inflate costs, poor couple-friendly planning, and extremely weak support from the team — made this one of the worst trips I have ever experienced. It exceeded my expectations as I was not expecting it to have all the videos of the places we are going to see in Vietnam.
