I traveled to Bangkok from 4 May 2026 to 12 May 2026. As part of the package, I was promised a 21-photo photobook, for which I uploaded my selected photos as instructed.
After waiting for nearly two months, I had to follow up regarding the status of my photobook. I was then informed that there was a technical issue and was asked to upload all the photos again. This is highly unprofessional and shows a lack of responsibility and customer care. The inconvenience caused to me is unacceptable.
Despite this unresolved issue, your team is requesting that I provide a 5-star rating. I do not understand how I can give a positive rating when the promised service has still not been delivered and I have had to follow up repeatedly.
I sincerely request that my photobook be completed and delivered without any further delay. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend your services to others until these issues are resolved. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve your customer support and service quality.
