Best app for EMI calculating
I was used since 2008 approximately 10 years such a long time. Till date I am using this but have not find any more better apps who compete or better. Such a good app and this the best apps ever been I seen for who is working in finance.HETBHAVAN
Best amortization app I have come across
I have been using this app for years and it's uses are endless. I use it in mediations and litigation constantly, use it to estimate loans for cars, rental properties, etc. can't say enough good.Carnman

This app allows you to time-money interest calculations and solve automatically for whichever variable you skip. It's brilliant. I have used it for years even though there have been no updates since 2012. It doesn't even fit the new larger screens on the iPhones released since then.
Despite this, and despite having occasionally searched the App Store for a more modern app, I have not seen a better app to serve this function. Unless the developer updates it, this app will die with the release of iOS 11. I am probably not the only one who would be willing to pay for an update.Show lessiOS user99
Best financial tool available
I use this almost every day. Being able to solve for any of the components of a loan or an investment is unique.

Best mortgage app out there!
There are relatively few mortgage calculators available. This one is far and away the best. This allows you to specify any variable and calculate the effect of this on the final variable. I could not find any other app that offered this flexibility. For example, if you pay an extra $100 each month, by how much would you reduce the term of the mortgage? If the interest-rate lowers half percent, how much will that affect the monthly payment. Or alternately with the same payment how much will that reduce the term of the loan. All these things are calculable on this app. You don't need any other mortgage calculator aside from this one.Show lessRoberttjay
Insanely handy and simple.
I've used this app on both the loan and investment side, it's been very useful. I actually am working on refinancing my mortgage and was able to cut through a lot of bs from the rep as I corrected some of her numbers before I let her continue the pitch. Great app.Wellsters
Simple to learn & use - very helpful
Not flashy at all. But that is the beauty. You just enter all your variables except the one you want calculated and boom: you have your answer. It's nice to see the amortization table too. It helps you realize quickly how banks are able to build such nice building :-)jbewest
