Great App
So i have had this app on my phone for about 8 months now, I use it all the time to figure out the total cost of financing things, and then to see what we would make if we invested it. it just works, no bugs, and would recommend it for any one think of getting a loan especially on a car or a 30 year fixed mortgage.Show lessmattbeau
Very good interface and does the basic functions
It's a simple loan calculator and does its job well. Interface is much much better than the ones that's not free ! I am willing to pay for it if it has the below features: - additional payment - save the previous calc result - email the result - calc more than 1 loan and do the comparison as well as saving it So far none of the mortgage/loan calculators has all the features mentioned above. Even if they have the features, the user interface is very awkard.Show lessraymondleeus

Great easy-to-use app
Jyst what I wanted-- Lets me not just find payment from amount and interest and #payments, but find any of these four from the others. The one thing I'd like is allowing future value to be other than $0. (Well, it'd also be nice if this were a full calculator since we can't cut/paste between the regular calculator and this tool.. but soon we'll be able.) Simple app. It does the trick!Show lessNooshsf

It does what it says. I'm a mortgage broker and now I don't have to carry a separate calculator. All you have to do is just add taxes, insurance, and PMI, if you need to. Like it!Jowsy
