Excellent application
This is an excellent application, and being free is fantastic. All you have to do is enter the data in three of the four fields, click on the empty field label, and it will populate the empty field. Even after you have all fields populated, and you change something like the amount of months to pay on, or the interest rate, click on the label of say the monthly payment, and it re-calculates it. This is exactly what I was looking for
I learned that you can solve for other variables. For example if you pay a certain amount on an amortized loan how much faster will it pay off. This is invaluable to a loan professional as it can show someone that refninaces for a lower rate how much faster they will pay their loan off and/or how much interest they wills save. I am getting rid of all my other applications as they only can solve for the payment. ThanksShow lessShane L

This app is great. The only thing I don't like is the rotating colors. At least make a way to turn it off.smitherslizard
