  • Too bad

    I’ve used this app/website to look at listings over the years.
    The last few months nothing displays. And the 1-2 items that do display are from 3+ years ago.

  • New update is terrible

    Got rid of the map location feature and the payment calculator. Why would anyone use this over zolo now? It’s so glitchy and the graphics are confusing.

  • New version oct 7, 2022 now I figured it out, still the best !

    My review is for IPad/iOS version only: Yes, the previous version was fantastic, so logical both for map view and list view, by far my preferred daily home search app (iPad/ iOS) with top functionality.

    Update to review: Initially I didn’t like this update, gave a bad review and 1-star rating. BUT now I’ve figured out this version and like it. I’m giving it 5-STARS again. It still gives me the most important info right away at a glance !

  • New update

    Used to be great before the new update. New versions are supposed to be better than old ones. Well, that’s not the case here. Feels more like a beta now.

  • Barely works in landscape mode

    If you switch from the app and then return to it, most of the clickable/scrollable areas stop working. You have to quit the app and re launch it.

    If you switch from portrait mode to landscape mode, clickable/scrollable areas stop working, and some of the frames don’t re-draw.

    Use a web browser instead.

  • Trashy app

    Can’t see sold properties and can’t even create an account

    Unfortunately, real estate boards require us to keep sold listings behind a login. But if you email product@zoocasa.com we'll walk you through the process of account creation and make sure you're able to access those listings!
  • My favourite real estate app but...

    I love this app. This is very user friendly and it is my go-to app to find real estate.

    Here’s some critiques that removed 1 star:
    1. I can’t find the amount of parking of each listing anymore
    2. It would be amazing if there’s a “sort” button for my favourites (active and inactive listings). Like sort from high to low price, etc.
    3. It would be even more amazing if you could add a map for the favourites (active and inactive listings)

    Other than that, the app is great!

  • Can’t see photos

    When I scroll through the photos for a house, some just turn black and can’t see them at all.

    Can’t believe this new update is so amazing!

    Whatever magic you people did, please keep doing this.

    App feels fast, responsive and finally I can login reliably!!
