This app doesn’t work never worked and is now blocked because they want another $20 for updated rules. The rules from prior to update don’t work even though I paid for the app.DelMargrl

We offer 365 days support and have no pending case where the app doesn't work. Please contact our support desk by e-mail at support@expertgolf.com. We are positive that we can solve whatever problem you might have with the app. Furthermore, please note that the purchase of "iGolfrules" is valid for a "rule period" which usually is a four year cycle. The last rule period ended on 12/31/2022. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to finance the maintenance and regular updates of the app by means of a one-time payment. When purchasing the new version "iGolfrules 2023", you will have access to all contents of the app until the next rule revision (expected on 01/01/2027). Dear Phillios111, We do not charge for minor updates or updates in general. However, as stated in the app's description in the App Store, we do offer an update subject to charge when the rules of golf have been revised, thus making it necessary to update the entire app with new content to ensure its conformity with the current rules. This is usually the case every four years. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a lifetime service with a one-time payment. Our app currently costs about as much as a golf ball annually, which we don't consider overpriced. In return, you are guaranteed to always have access to up-to-date content and to be able to quickly and safely clarify rules questions on the course.
