App will steal from you.
I paid for this app years ago.(a pretty high priced purchase at the time too!) Now they want to charge me a fee to have access to features I’ve already paid for. This app is officially a joke now. Oh and it still hasn’t fixed the issue of videos and pics randomly disappearing. The developers have already been paid for it.

Hidden $4.99 fee to use app
Was a great app I would of gladly given 4.5 stars until their recent update where they are FORCING current users to pay them $4.99 MONTHLY to import and save videos. So now the app is almost useless unless users pay $4.99 a month.
Why would we need to pay a monthly fee to keep our own data on our own devices? You don’t host our data on your servers, right?! So why is this fee now mandatory?
I could understand a fee to buy the app. But an ongoing fee every month is just stupid.Show lessSesus22
Cannot Export to iTunes
Very disappointed with this app.. over the last several updates, I am still not able to export through iTunes via usb. iTunes is up to date as well as phone software. Please fix ASAP or let me know if there is a work around. 1 StarPokechris10
Terrible Business Model
Purchased the app several years ago and have had minor issues with videos/pictures disappearing. Easy workaround but with this latest update I now have to subscribe monthly or yearly just to add videos when this is something I paid for years ago.Sacred310
Developers disable features for money grab.
I purchased the app and enjoyed it. It’s not bad app but with the latest update they disabled the ability to import videos unless you sub to their service. They continue to remove features but expect people to pay for the features back.
If you are going to charge make it for a new feature. Not one you took away. Terrible.Show lessWhoDaEff

Thanks to the developers for their “quick fix” and reply. The recent updates the last few days has repaired the problems and restored all my saved photos. The app now works perfectly and the features are smoother than ever. Worthy of five stars.RCRJr

Paid full price for this ages ago and was working fine then for some reason a couple of days ago stopped working and asked me to pay full price again which I did and it Won’t save videos at all.InitialDRacing
Great but flawed
App is great I’ve been using it for over 5 years problem is sometimes i upload a video and come back in a week and it’s gone. This has happened more than a few times overall mostly everything is there but always a new video or something gets deleted so i have to keep long enough to make sure it’ll still be thereShow lessdparker1288
Was a great app.
I have used Picture Safe for the last 9 years. The latest changes have really ruined what was a great app. Features such as rearranging photos and folders were great. I don’t understand why these were removed from the latest versions of the app. In my opinion these changes have hurt what was the best photo app on iTunes. The old app gave the user more control and that’s gone unfortunately.Show lessHurricane88
