I got charged to renew a yearly membership without a reminder. When I reached out the same day to ask for a refund, I was told by customer service that they would do their best to fix the problem, but I haven’t received a response to my numerous emails after 4 months of reaching out for an update.

The instructors are great and this workout is fun and amazing, but the app hasn’t had the ability to cast to your TV for a while now. I was hoping it would be fixed in one or 2 app updates, but still no-go. This is a high energy workout class that is just not as fun if you’re working off your phone or laptop, I am so close to canceling my subscription since I haven’t even used it because of this, but really hoping they see this and update!

I love the 305 workout and used to use this app religiously on my Apple TV. I was a month to
month subscriber and finally decided to commit to a year subscription back in June. A few weeks after I purchased, the app updated and has not been compatible with Apple TV anymore. I was in contact with the company each month and they kept ensuring that the issues would be fixed. Six months later, I still can’t use this app with Apple TV. I was finally advised by the company to contact Apple subscriptions for a refund but Since it has been too long, Apple will not refund the subscription. I am very disappointed with this service and feel a little bit scammed. :( I’m sad because I loved it and am disappointed I can’t use it anymore.

I want to like the updates but I can’t cast to my chromecast anymore and when I bought an adapter to plug in my iPhone to the hdmi port on my tv, the sound doesn’t work. It’s just this app. Also I have to log in every time I open it.

305 at Home is a game changer. Bring the energy from the studio to your home and dance with instructors from all over! I love being able to turn on my TV and bringing the vibes to my home. Apart from being a mood booster, you are guaranteed to get an amazing work out in. This app is incredible!

These are the best workouts I’ve ever done, and I’ll never go back to a gym as long as 305@home is around. I came for the dance cardio, and found myself loving the pwr and other strength classes, as well. All the trainers are so entertaining and the classes are well-made, fun, and challenging. I’ve put on about 10lbs of muscle (was underweight) since starting a year ago. It may sound cheesy, but 305 has seriously changed my life for the better! I can’t say enough good things.
