Don’t you just hate it, when you’ve downloaded an airline app and then it either can’t find your booking, or your extremely limited in what it allows you to do?! This one is the opposite. Good layout, fast loading and great functionality. Well done Cathay!Cheeky Monkey01
Terrible user experience- Bring back the old APP
I’ve had to delete the app because I used to use the Asia miles app and now they’ve merged it into this one but it’s just a terrible idea. Poor quality and bad decision. Bring back the separate Asia miles app for your customers!!!Dbvii soulbead

Solid app
The design is quite user friendly and effective. It’s worth to use instead of the webpage. Easy to keep track of all the essential information. The only problem is sometimes it’s a bit slow…Andy183639

Stuck in time
For some reason, a flight completed two months ago is still shown as up coming, and those unpaid reservations won’t let me pay or cancel
A two years old boarding pass makes me feel I am looking at a museum of my flying history than using an app of a airplane company.

Sorry to hear you are experiencing problems with the app and are seeing old flights. In order to troubleshoot the issue would you mind first deleting and then reinstalling the app? After that if the old flights are still showing could you sending us a screenshot of the settings page within the app along with the old flight screen to mobileapp@cathaypacific.com. Offline mode?
Top tip! If you are going to make an app which people are using from multiple countries and on airlines with limited wifi access make sure you can access your flight info offline.
As soon as you no longer have data or wifi connection you cannot access flight info or account. I almost was not allowed into Mumbai airport because if this. Massive oversight.Show lessrealmeneatquiche
