I’ve never had a more frustrating time on an app
The airline itself is completely fine, but the app and mobile website are HORRIBLE. I am having to update my password every 5 minutes to manage my bookings and you can’t check in from there(?). I spent an hour trying to perform one single task and honestly gave up. Truly a really bad experience and dare I say it, the mobile website is worse.

Useful app
Useful app; only complaint is that there is no way to change email address via the app. That process needs work. But for all other information it’s well laid out and it’s difficult to beat the service of Cathay.alld01

i have been with cathay pacific many years 99% of the time staff and flight are the best and my loyalty for cathay is unmatched in all the years only one bad experience with a staff member in jfk airport but then again its jfk airport🙄 thank you cathay for being wonderful to me looking forward to the next flightShow lessluis1378
