I am a long term user of the Mac Indigo software, and this app is a great companion. The system combines ease of use with enough tweak-ability to keep my geek tooth happy. The Indigo touch app gives me access to my custom controls as well as direct access to all my devices, etc. It is clean, fast, well conceived. My only complaint is the iRate (or iRate-style) nag screens. I know that the Apple App store is a pain for developers, and getting people to rate your app is challenging, but please don't punish your users by distracting us with modal pop ups at the very moment we wanted to interact with the app. Thank you.Show lessevallow

Great app
Really good app. Always snappy and supports cached credentials. With the Indigo software you can create custom control pages. Great personalization options
Only criticism is that it doesn't use all the iPhone 5 (and higher) screen real estate.Kwijibo007
In need of a refresh
This was a fantastic app when it came out, but the developers have temporarily (3 years) abandoned it to focus on continual paid updates to their back-end software.
It is lagging well behind the pack at this iteration.
Hopefully they will recognize that this app is the key to their system, and update it before someone else surpasses them...Show lesscraigsheppard

Was good for a time but now is the time to upgrade! Last version was back in 2010. Not even optimize for iPhone 5... This app is one of the major cons of indigo home automation controller.Djjb322
Excellent little app
Indigo on the mac lets me have lots of lamps in all sorts of awkward corners of the house, that would be a pain to turn on and off one by one - and makes it easy to set them at different levels of brightness, in different combinations, depending on the time of day or situation. (For example, a hallway movement sensor will light a dark corridor at light - but only at 10% if it's after midnight, so it's not blinding.)
With this, we can use the phone or iPad to override whatever the automatic settings are; so it's like a remote that's always to hand. I've used it for years, and it still feels magical. (And thankfully easy to use!)Show lessCurmudgeon-of-61
indespensible and amazing
This app has given me so much freedom as a disabled person. I can turn important appliances like light and fire and tv without having to bend to turn them on and off. I am truly impressed with this app and would highly recomment.Wiggywigwoo
