Favorite
This is my very favorite app. It has been since I got my iPad about a year and a half ago. It seems like every time they update it, there are more games to play...games that I forgot about and love (thank you for spite & malice)!!! It's more than worth the money! Update (several years later) - It's still my favorite app. I still play with it several times a day. Update 2021 - still my go to. Has to be a minimum of 10 years now. Still play daily.

Euchre
All the updates are good. Euchre is a little awkward, with having to push the button to get each player to move. Also the circle is a little hard to figure. I’ve been shut out a few times when I wanted to bid. Also, the old one that we’ve discussed before. Any one should be able to indicate when the hand is over. If they call it wrong, there should be a penalty. Otherwise the game trains you wrong when you play with real people. When I’ve clearly got a single point, everyone should throw in. Thanks. Update. I don’t know what has happened, but at least the game I play is full of glitches. I have to tap the stack a lot to get the other side to take their move and then I miss my opportunity to take the stack. I wrote two letters to the address provided with no response yet. This is an app I have loved for years.
I love this app. I play canasta usually but have tried a couple other games. It works consistently well. I have had the game for a few years and the only time I had a problem and wrote customer service they answered me back and explained what was going on. Can’t recommend highly enough. The last update ruined a great game
Still not fixed. Bring back the previous version we all loved and it goes back to five stars. Current changes weren’t even needed. Who thought it would be a good idea to speed up card play so you have to stop and figure out what just happened?
I play, or rather I used to play the games on this app every single day. I loved the fluid movement of the cards. Now when it’s the other players turn the cards just show up. If there are four players forget about keeping up and seeing what was played. I can not begin to express how disappointed I am with this update. Someone didn’t think it through or test it. I sure hope the fix it. Until then I won’t play it anymore. Oh, and I had bought this game a long time ago, or paid the upgrade… whatever. Who do I pay to fix this?Show lessHaydenStone
Best solitaire app I’ve found
I keep coming back to Card Shark. Plays beautifully, simple clean interface, no hassles. Many games to learn, lots of variety, solitaire and games like Rummy. I bought the basic version years ago and it’s nice to have no ads popping up. I’ve tried several apps, this one is the best I think.
Latest update (using iPad) seems to be less smooth… for example in Rummy 500 the opponents cards just “appear”, you don’t see them move into place, which I preferred. Other than that, it’s the best solitaire game out there. Thanks.Show lessGwendolynP
Card Shark is Really Awesome!
I have had Card Shark on my phone for years and play it every day. I can't remember ever having a problem with it other than not wanting to stop playing. There are so many card games out there and this is the best. You can customize the card design, size of the numbers, and background/table. I love the sounds during play and fire works when you win. Could have been a 5 Star
I’ve enjoyed playing games on this app for years. Until the last release, it would have been 5 stars. However, with the latest release the movement of the cards has changed in many of the games. For example, in Cribbage the cards from my hand move normally. The cards from the computer just appear. You have to watch the discard pile for the card to change. Suddenly, a new card appears. You don’t see it traveling from the computer’s hand.
I’ve experienced the same issue on other games as well… Canasta for one, Spite and Malice is another. I’d go back to the previous release if I could. I saw no improvement… only negatives.Show lessTexas---Rose
Love, Love, Love this app!
I’d give this app 10 stars if I could. I have been playing it for several years. I tend to play the same half dozen or so games most of the time, but that’s just my preference. When I feel like trying something different, I can always count on having excellent directions available to learn a new game. Almost every evening I play several rounds to relax, and I don’t know what I would do without them. These are SO much better quality than much of what’s available, that I hope they will never change or stop for any reason! Thanks to whoever developed and maintains this app.Show lessFrnchlvr
Still gets updates, a good surprise!
I was worried the app wouldn't get any more games since the last update (a while ago) was impeded by COVID problems. (It hasn't happened this update afaik, but at least there's hope.)
It's got a lot of customization and games, so even if I don't play most of them bc I get confused easily (that's just me, the rules they provide with each game cover what you need to know), I recommend it.
