Would like a refund, but nowhere to contact them. Their contact form has nowhere to enter your own contact info for a response, which doesn't matter anyway, because trying to send a message just results in an error, in my experience. Edited to add that I will gladly consider changing my review if this is made right. I have proof that my card was approved and of the atm visited being in network, as well as proof of the fees charged that shouldn't have been.
Their own FAQ states that as long as your card is approved as in network, and the atm used shows up as in their network, even if the atm warns you of a fee, to just hit accept, and you will not be charged. This is not true, in my experience. :( feel uneasy about the trust I placed in this app / company with my personal information.
