Oh noes!
I love the new update! Mainly, the part were you can shoot 2 birds with one arrow. I hate the fatigue and stuff, but at least I can turn it off in the settings menu. Even though I hate it, thanks for the fatigue and stuff, cause it gives us more things to screw around with! YAY!Feldowinn
New update needs revisions
I loved playing the game before the update, yes it was simple but the new power/strength option should stay at 100% the arrow just doesn't have enough power for the distances needed to reach the opponent. It also makes it impossible to dial in distance with a decrecing power bar. You may get lucky once but twice would be a miracle! It makes it no fun anymore. I think if the power option is changed to 100% all the time, the new upgrades will work fine. Hope to see some changes.Show lessRack'd 0utdoors
slow bow
Graphically, gameplay wise, and replay wise this is a good game. I feel it is superior to archers. My problem is that when I play the human vs. human part of the game, it seems like something is wrong with my bow. I set my angle, pull back to 100%, and let fly, only to be disappointed by the speed at which my arrow is flying. It seems like at 100% power that badboy should really zip, but instead it slowly floats across the screen and I sit there thinking man, I wish I could make my guy run. I could run across the screen, whack my opponent to death with the bow, and be halfway home before the arrow hits anywhere. (well it's not THAT slow) But regardless, that is the one thing archers has over this game when you pull back to 100% the arrow shoots fast. It does not really seem to be a problem in the bird hunting game, so ill just play that until you guys can correct the power issues, or make that something you can control in settings at least.Show lessthe beeve
Very great, but after the update...
The game is really awesome, but after this update it's a little different (sounds that the gravity is different now), I don't know if i'm used to the older version. But the new functions of this version are great, the only thing that would be nice is a online multiplayer mode (or via wi-fi). Don't like the power bar
I like the game a lot but the power bar in birdhunting for 1.2 made me take away a star. You see, my strategy is to shoot up tons of arrows and let them bombard down on the birds. But I do like how now you can hit more than one bird with 1 arrow like the Internet version though.Green iTunes Acct
New updates
I just want to tell everyone that this game plays exactly like the amazing pc version u should get it! One request u should put a setting for changing amount of health and make a power up mode. Also make a target range and a game where u shoot an apple of someones head from different distances! Liked the other version better
This is a great game, but the update actually made it slightly worse. First of all, the arrows move very slow before you change the settings. You have to go to settings and change the fatigue off. Second of all, the health bar isn't accurate at ALL! If I hit someone anywhere at all, the start gushing blood, but the health bar doesn't go very far all all. And last but not least, the price was upped by a dollar. This game would be better if you could play over wifi. I actually give this app a 3.5/5 and previously would have gave it a 4.5/5.Show lessReviewdude123
What happened?
Why in the update is the game slower and crash on me when i shot like 5 arrows in the bird hunt thing and killed myself? It would be great if u fixed this, also im still gonna giv 4 stars because the game is still great, but has some new flaws.Msstter1
Update doesn't work
let me start off by saying that I love the game. But I have tried three times to update the app to version 1.2 but it never works. It says that it is updating it but then there aren't any changes. This needs to be fixedFutballer bburg
Awesome
Look, this is a portable version of one of the best games on the net. The update is here, and bowman is better than ever. The new features fix the annoying bits, and give this title new replay value. It is very fun to see your opponent kill himself in the new one-hit kill mode. Very fun, and completely worth it.Show lessskywing
