The tree always throwing needles and pine wood into my backyard all years long. Ready to pay your utility bill? Great! Just log in. Oh, you already logged in? Too bad, do it again! Did they have a 10-year-old design this app as a school project? Want to attach a photo to a request? Well, guess what? The app will swear your photo lacks location data, even though it clearly does, and despite giving the app full access to your photos, it insists it doesn't have permission. Okay, so maybe taking a new photo will work? Think again! The app flat-out refuses to use your camera. It's almost like it’s saying, “Nah, I’m good. You deal with your broken streetlight on your own.” All in all, the Riverside 311 app is a masterclass in how NOT to design a user-friendly experience.
