It seemed to work at first but couldn't confirm if complaints were dealt accordingly. From almost a year ago, the ap. stopped working "unable to connect to server". But I have to say that last week I reported a huge pot hole on the route I take to drive to work using this app. Day after, I got a confirmation email with a ticket number assigned to my case. To my surprise, less than a week later, the huge por hole was covered. I can't say thank you enough to Dade County and the many people behind this app and service.
