(Update 1.1) Great update! Raised from 3 to 4 stars. Will give 5 stars for options of reaction to device movement and water sound. Ambient music was a nice touch. Thanks for your work on this little gem!
(update 1,3) Ruined the fluidity. Water appears cloudy and disappears if you move tour fingers too fast. Plus it never calms down. Hoping next update corrects this. It just isn't calming anyore. Thanks!Show lessProudCitizen

There is a bug the water goes away on the right side of the screen and then glitchy . Get that fixed and w/ water sounds / people just turn the music off then double tap the menu button and play your own music no need to update thatShow lessbubbajimmy8
Missing Options
Why aren't there freeze and boil options for the water? Light should change based on time of day. Water should pool on the side when you tilt it. Why aren't there water bugs and piranha? Your hand should get wet when you touch the water. Also, why don't they let you throw coins in the water? (All right, I'm just being a complainer for no reason, like half of the people who review these apps and say they would be perfect if they just did this one more ridiculous thing they thought up.)Show lessEpilog

It's pretty cool and I enjoy
It when I'm bored but the music is the same and you can't choose between certain songs cuz there's only one song. Also, there could be a few different backgrounds to choose from besides you own and maybe some fish swimming in the pond that would dart away if you touch the water to much. Idk just some things to make it more realistic. Also, if there was a control that allowed you to look around in the pond and not stay in just one spot that'd be cool too. But overally it does what it says and it's decent when you're bored.Show lessEK1992

This is one of those pointless apps i get no one knows about and then they make it great and charge but since i had it first its free. I just know this will be one of those apps, like More Toast. Great affects LOVE the update. One if the main reasons i have koi pond is for the water affects (check) and the rain affect (no check yet) if you could add that that would be great. i dont want it to turn into an interactive pond, althogh a pond app would rock. Like Koi Pond but better maybe. But this app is like Pocket God in a way. Not what the apps do but their fans. Some want the pocket god to turn into a minigame, but others like the simple “Leave it there come back in 5 and see what happened." feel. I like that factor about Fluid. Just add water sloshing sounds and raindrops (maybe...) and your on your way to the top 50.

How Is This Freakin' Possible!!!
I can remember just a few years back when they were trying to get water effects in videogames or special effects in movies even somewhat realistic, but now you've got an UNBELIEVABLY convincing simulation right in the palm of your hand!! The distortion of the background pic according to how forceful you agitate the water just floored me!! Now if they could just make it react to movement (ie., shaking ) that would make this an almost perfect app! Give us more creativity like this, please!!Show lessRatedpg13
CALMING! MUST HAVE!
This app is so wonderful it calms me down when im really tense. I love that you can chose your own photo. One problem that I found was that if you move the water alot the whater stopd going places and when the song ends it frezes. But those problems where in the last virsion im still checking out the update. But all from that this app is so a MUST HAVE!Show lessHoezayismyname
Ok, but needs improvement...
The update is good, needs improvement. when I turn the music off, it still stays on, even though the switch says off. Also, we need a feature to pull up the settings menu in the app. Right now I have to exit every time and restart just so I can get the settings menu to pop up.
Finally, I have the "koi" app which is incredibly real with splashing and swishing sounds of the water, and I believe this app could be improved dramatically if water sounds were added that changed as you move your finger over the water and I think the water effects would look better if the water was zoomed out a little.

Very entertaining free application
This application is very well done and quite amusing. However, I have two suggestions: If you wait long enough without touching the "water" and when you first open the application the water should be absolutely still so that only when you touch the surface does the watery effect begin. Also, photographs from the photo library do not fit very well on the screen when set as the background in Fluid. Great application but if these issues are addressed I will give it 5 stars.Show lessjoshwebb
Great update!
The new update has better effects and you can put your own background picture on it. You can also touch it with more than one finger for more interaction. Calming music is also playing in the background or you can shut it off and play your own. All in all, a very good app! Definately one of the best free ones!Show less:) kaylee
