The e-commerce site is so easy to use and so is the app. Great customer service, great return policy and always beautifully packaged. Bravo.
The best shopping website out there!
The website is so clean. Really highlights the merchandise. Wonderful customer service and fantastic selection! My only complaint is that I have a large wish list and it is very difficult to delete items. You can’t delete multiple items at once and the system is slow and finicky when deleting.

I have been a loyal customer for a number of years
I purchased a set of socks - 5, and only 1 delivered
Your customer service exec has not contacted me to advise progress....it's been over a month and I have paid for them, it seems that you are too worried about tracking your supply chaos and not putting customers first

Good app but crashes
I love the app it is very user friendly but it crashes down too much, every time I start looking at products after a couple of seconds the app just closes and takes me to home menu of the iPhone
Social Security # for Credit Card vs. Paypal
Incredible site and offerings other than the fact that they require your Social Security number if you would like to pay by credit card instead of through PayPal. Other than that I love it and am a repeat customer!!!!

Luv the easy access to high fashion ready-to-wear and major market labels, beautifully curated, from such a fluid, user-friendly e-tailer; all while sitting around at home in my undies at 11pm. Only complaint is — have some sales and discounts for good customers. See Shopbop — when they offer their “a few times a year” 30% off, I usually empty my “wish list” into the cart and have a party.

Excellent online shopping experience
They are always so fast to ship out purchases. They also process returns and refund your money back fast should your order doesn’t live up to your expectations which doesn’t happen very often. I love this website.
Terrible service and website
The website is a disaster! Extremely hard to navigate. The Brits don’t understand the rules that Amex uses for charging for purchases making it very hard to give these knuckleheads your money!
