Wow
I am not a runner. I am not athletic. I have never stuck to ANY workout program I have started. EVER. I have just finished my 5th week. I could not be prouder of myself and am so thankful for this app. It was the only c25k app I have tried but I have never regretted it. I feel good, I never feel like I was pushed "too far too fast", and the coach is motivating without being annoying. Just the right amount of encouragement. I love that I can play my own music, change my music, run other apps at the same time (I also run the Map My Run app). I also wasn't ready to move up to week 4, reran week 3 with No issues. If you aren't sure if this app is what you're looking for, you won't be disappointed!!Show lessThis app changed my life so it deserves a review
Best thing about this app is the lovely narrator who adds in words of encouragement that really gets you going especially near the near of the intervals. Better than a lot of the others I've triedLife changing app
Thanks to this app I went from barely able to run a couple of minutes straight to comfortably running a full half hour within a couple of months. The couch to 5k programme really does work.
The voice over is helpful and encouraging without being intrusive, and I liked being able to see my progress through the weeks. Amazing app, and please make a 10km version!Show lessGet running

This app is amazing! I never even dreamt that I would be able to run for half and hour without stopping, and now I can! The commentary voiceover is not at all annoying and just the right amount of encouraging. Actually enjoy running now, which is the best thing about this app.Get Running

From self confessed couch potato to jogger and I've only just finished week 3! Last time I tried to get into jogging I ended up with terrible shin splints as I did too much too quickly. 3 weeks done and not a sign of a problem!An excellent application
A great way to get started running or to pick up where you left off. Well-structured and forgiving, it worked very well for me.I never used to exercise
...but now run three times a week. The main problem for me was deciding what to do and Get Running takes care of that for you.Couch to 5 ks
I am very unmotivated at the best of times, this app got me out the door. It gives you motivatin to continue running even when u dont think you can. Brilliant!!!!!!!Love it!
I love this app. I am only up to week five but am religious about my runs!! I need a follow on to get me to the half marathon stage though. Have you got anything coming?
