I've loved this app since I started a couple of weeks ago but thought I'd wait a bit to check I stuck with it before writing a review. It's really supportive and straight forward, and although it sometimes doesn't feel like I'm improving because I don't get as puffed when I run now, I must be getting fitter because I'm running for longer distances. It therefore has been successful in incrementally increasing my running stints without me noticing. I'm using it to train for a 5km fun run and all is on track so far. Only possible suggestion would be to have a GPS system so I would actually know how far I'm running, as everything is measured by time and not distance.
