  • Best starting running app

    I have tried multiple programs to start running. C25k, etc. this is the only app that got me there. They start you out at a perfect pace. Increase the time in a way that isn’t too much. If you are looking to start running, this is the app you need.
  • Please make apple watch version!!!

    I love this app, I have used it mostly in the gym...now there are watches for outdoor running. Please make an apple watch version!! I am willing to pay anything..this is my fav running app!
  • Keeps you motivated

    This is a great app. I HATE running! I can’t wait for my ‘run’ to end, and this app keeps you informed. I’m now up to 28 min runs, it tells me every 5 mins, how long I have left. It lets you know half way through so you can head back home. These reminders that soon I’ll be done is what keeps me going! Down side it doesn’t connect to my Apple Watch, it would be nice if it knew my pace, and could encourage me to go faster to meet with goals, but really those extras could be saved for the next app up, when you start to get serious! Great app. I need 5k to 10K now please, from this developer. Worth the few quid one off payment. Thank you for not requiring a subscription. Well done.

  • Slow and steady

    After a long break from running Am learning to be disciplined and follow the program and not rush myself and do too much too soon
  • It Works!

    This app took me from couch to running a full 30 minutes. I run on the treadmill and had tried other big name apps. This one is so simple to use. The coach is soothing and the screen design tells you exactly where you are. I cannot recommend it enough.

    I could hardy complete one lap around the track and after using this app I now can complete 2 miles !

    I just finished my first week, 3 runs. I already see a difference in my endurance and speed just after 3 running sessions Looking forward to week 2!
  • Gets you over the starting hump with ease

    I’ve had this app on my phone since about 2011, I’ve gone through the program several times including pre and post cardiac surgery. I really struggle to develop long term exercise habits and soon find myself slipping back to old ways after about 6 months, every time I pick up fitness again, this is my goto app, and every time I’m shocked how effective this is. Currently just finished run 3 of week one, I could barely do the first run, run 3 was Moto only easier and I know this app will deliver me to the 5k goal with ease

  • I only ran when someone was chasing me... until this App.

    I only ran when someone was chasing me... until this App. This app helped me go from zero to 5k. It was thee key to me becoming a runner. Fantastic app.
