  • Achievable goals for any fitness level

    I have used this app multiple times to get back into running. It is well periodised to ensure you stick at it and don’t get injured. It is based on time rather than distance so it can be used by any level of fitness.

    Week 1 finished and it’s doing the job of getting me out and starting to run again. So the reason for downloading the app has passed and is worth the price.
    Ease of use is ok, could have done with a few more instructions for complete numpties like me. More about what the app is supporting and how you should go about starting. I read the website links but again they were for people who have some knowledge.

  • All you need

    I have never been a runner - too many aches and pains plus I don’t like getting out of breath! What I like about this app is that it makes me feel like it’s not hard at all. I listen to my talking book and then just start my short runs when it tells me. No in-app purchases that I have seen.

  • Ran my first 5k!!!

    I’m not one to write reviews, but this app was so outstanding, so life changing, that I had to take the time to share my thoughts.

    I am 61 years young. 6 months ago I thought I would die after running for only 60 seconds. But this cheerful British voice encouraged me to run just a few seconds more and to my surprise and pride, I completed my first “run.”

    Feeling a bit fearful of exercise, I was able to repeat weeks and use the app more slowly until I felt comfortable moving to the next level. And gradually, week by week, I lost my fear of exercise, as I began to see my very real improvement, and I began to look forward to each run.

    Last weekend I ran my first 5k - and RAN the entire 3.1 miles, never breaking my stride. Tears were streaming down my face as I crossed the finish line and a medal was placed around my neck. And I used the app throughout the race, feeling comforted and encouraged by the prompts that kept reminding me that there was just a little bit more to run and that I could do it.

    6 months ago I was huffing and puffing after 60 seconds of running. Last weekend I was breathing comfortably and able to talk after 3.1 miles of continuous running. When I turned 60 I thought I was looking at the end of my life. Thanks to this app I am in my best shape ever, and feel like I’m just getting started.

    I tried many other running apps before settling on this one. The timing of the prompts were perfect and worked seamlessly with my music. The voice began to feel like a dear friend, with just the right mix of friendliness and encouragement. I would never have gotten this far without it.

    On to 10k!! To the developer - where’s your app for that? And... thank you for giving me my life back. Very grateful. 🙏♥️🙏

  • My favourite app!

    I’ve tried a number of running apps but this is by far my favourite! I love the voice of the coach, I love that my music still runs in the background while she talks, I love that it’s so easy to use! Thank you to the creators!
  • Excellent app

    This is the best app I’ve tried to use to get me started with running, and long after I finished the programme I’m still coming back to it. I wish there was a 10k one. It is simple, the voice support is great without being too present and the music dims so you can actually hear it, and the programme itself works. A truly great app.
