I’ve been using this app for 2 weeks now and gets me right in track. I love it! 👍🏽🙏🏽Gets you running
I've never been a "runner", in fact I would go so far as to say I've always hated running. This app sat on my phone doing nothing for months. Finally, after much excuse-making, one day several weeks ago I just went out and did it.
I'm now about to start week seven. It's not always been easy, and I still have a way to go, but I can't fault the results: I'm running. Sure, my technique is probably appalling, and I sometimes feel that if I were to stop focussing on my breathing for even a minute I'd just collapse in a heap. That first 20 minute non-stop run took everything I had (and a little that I didn't!). And there've been times I've actually pleaded out loud for the app to tell me I'm nearly done, but I'm still running...
Update - Two (and a bit) years later and I'm still running! I'm now a regular at Parkrun, have completed a couple of 10K races and just registered for my first half marathon. Most importantly, I'm fitter and happier than I've ever been. I've reused this app a couple of times to recover after illness/injury and it's just great. I'd recommend this app wholeheartedly to anyone who wants to Get Running.
A further update - Five years later! I’ve just used this app again to get myself back running after a big chunk of time off with an injury. I skipped over a number of runs this time as fitness returned a lot quicker than it was originally acquired - huzzah! I did this app a few years ago. In no time I was running my first 5K, I lost weight and was toned up. I had a few difficult years ( emotional times with great losses ) and fell away from running. I am back at it with this app starting from week 1 I set a bucket list of 5K runs from Michigan to Minnesota to Florida. I am going to be 65 and I know I can do the 5K. Who knows maybe 10K.Show lessI can do this!
This is a great app, I’ve used it for several years now as I start and stop running according to season, mood, bad back etc, but It’s a very useful tool each time I start again. It’s a motivational and gentle introduction to running, the prompts and encouragement spur me on. 5k is a perfect distance for me, and with this, I can reach that target without pain for half an hour three times a week.Show lessI never write reviews
BUT I LOVE THIS APP SO MUCH. It was exactly what I needed to start a running routine without letting myself down by burning out. The incremental buildup of endurance has rekindle my love of exercise, but also helped me develop greater discipline mentally. Also the nice British lady is very encouraging :)Show lessI love it

I love it and have used it many times over the years. I tend to run for a while and then get lazy and stop for a long period of time. So then I go back to this app. I’ve completed the training twice and I quit it once. It’s still amazes me that it’s so hard to run for a short period of time when I start the training but by the end I’m running a 5k non-stop!Show lessFantastic!!!
