Honestly, whoever thought it was a good idea to rename the new app from Golfshot Plus to Golfshot Golf GPS Range Finder needs to be fired immediately. Hire me instead as I have a much better name: Golf-golf-shot Golf G-Golf-P-Golf-S Golf Range Golf Finder! Also, you guys do realize that there are better ways to optimize search?Show lessswes87

I have had your Golf Shot app for years and have enjoyed it immensely, gives me everything I need and want. HOWEVER, since you have migrated the two apps together, I DO NOT have the “PLUS” version I had before. You have taken it away from me. I want it back. I’ve tracked my scoring with GolfShot since 2009 and have loved it ever since. Tons of stats that have helped me improve my game and course management. Finally subscribed to the Pro plan and now this tool is hitting a whole new level. Autoshot tracking with my AppleWatch and SwingID have been amazing and easy to use. Can’t wait for the driving range enhancement to SwingID. I should have subscribed a lot sooner. At one point I had a subscription to Golfplan too but I let it lapse since there are so many instructional videos available for free elsewhere. If the developers can link specific videos to the improvement I need based on my SwingID, then I’ll give it another go. Keep the enhancements coming and thanks for creating this essential tool for any golfer!! Love this app!!Show lessG-manji

The app worked great with my Apple Watch. I would highly recommend this app. GPS data was spot on. With auto advance off,
GPS and Auto Tracking shots were accurate. The few times it was off, it was easy to change as I entered my score after each hole. Within a few holes of first using the app, I figured out how to use it seamlessly. I spend 15-30 seconds while I walk to the next tee entering my data and never felt distracted from the game or my playing partners.
Would love to see how my strokes gained stats compare to golfers with similar handicaps. Don’t need to change how the stat is calculated. Just give me some context.
I’ve been entering the distance of all my putts but don’t get any proximity to the hole for GIRs or pitching/chipping. Seems like the data is there to do it.
Would also be great to add custom shots to the club list like 1/2 SW or 3/4 PW so my average distance for a club doesn’t get impacted and I could track performance for those stock shots.Show lessbosslover

I have used this app since 2018 and found it to be the best app for its price. It is easy to use and the ability to use my Apple Watch to keep score was a game changer. It kept me from having to access my iPhone constantly. When I have found an issue and reported it to Support, I got near immediate responses back. They have always been attentive and fixed each issue as it has arisen. I highly recommend this app if you are a serious golf player and don’t wish to waste time keeping track of your stats. Entering them on each hole for this app will do it for you.Show lesshimrich
