Great app and great company
I have used the free golf shot appin the past and was very happy with it. This year I decided to upgrade to the pro version to get club recommendations and more details out of my game and Data.
I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and would recommend the pro version to anyone using this app.
I have contacted the support line twice and got response within 15 minutes allowing me to make corrections while on the golf course and obtain the information I needed immediately.

I’ve had this app for years but didn’t have an Apple Watch. I used it, but it was a little difficult to use on my phone - I didn’t want to take the extra time. Once I had an Apple Watch, it was an entirely different app. Super easy to use with my watch. Then they released the auto shot tracking and wow! Game changer! It is so fantastic for a novice golfer. The data it provides is invaluable on the course and the stats it tracks really helps me better my game. I even share them with my golf coach who was also impressed. I’ll be a pro member for as long as I’m golfing.Show lessHllb

After removing clubs and restarting app clubs are back. Hmm…
Whoops! User error. Seems to be working now. The only problem is that when clubs are removed thel tracked, shots are still there, and that is what I was really after. Alas there is no way to delete all tracked shots, they must be removed one by one (there’s an enhancement for you!). Although, I think I’ve found another way - delete the rounds! Down side: I have over 300 and there is no way to delete all rounds. Again, they must be deleted one by one, but I’m okay with that. I’ll just save the one I want to remember, like the three years I’ve shot my age, and maybe the last 20, which is all I want tracked shots anyway.
Customer support contacted me within 2 days and has also been excellent. Now I’m saying, excellent all around!Show lessNoDakBoy32

Love the app and it works great with the Apple Watch.
In Canada thanks to hockey you have a lot of left handed golfers. Usually at least 2 on a foursome, I’ve golfed with all 4 guys left handed. So tracking with the watch on the left wrist for left handed golfers would be great to add.
Also I have a club that doesn’t fit your selection options. So the ability to add in custom clubs that I can set up and name would be awesome.Show lessRidersRule4Ever

Firstly I’d like to start by saying I love Golfshot and have been a paid user for 13 years! When SWING ID was announced I upgraded to Pro but despite many many emails to support over the last few weeks, it simply does not work. There is another review stating similar and the developer response was ‘it’s new and we’re working out the bugs’. In my world you don’t release something that doesn’t work! I bought the Golfshot Plus today, as I just bought my Apple watch last night.
I used it on the golf course today & the yds were totally off. In most cases anywhere from 10-20 yds.
It is completely dependent on my iPhone to change holes, put in the score etc...
It used up the battery on my iPhone & watch during 18 holes.
I paid $149.99 plus tax & the way it is working now, I would like a refund.

I’ve been using Golfshot Plus for a few years and find it incredibly good for established courses. What impressed me recently was when I fed through data from two new courses in a remote area of Portugal. Customer Service worked v hard to identify, map and log the data. The customer service is awesome.
I needed them to update a course that I play at and the response time was very quick, they also resolved the problem very quick.
Now a days, good customer service is hard to come by.

I had an issue with my Golfshot Plus screen that I could not seem to fix on my own … I contacted Customer Service at the company, and received highly professional counsel from Nadja … not only did she help me, but she followed up with me TWICE to make sure that my concern had been resolved … it’s so rare these days to find caring customer service support to the degree that Nadja provided - I have always enjoyed using the Golfshot Plus app, but now I double recommend the app - you can count on Golfshot to not only provide a quality product, but also caring and attentive service to your concerns … FIVE STARS !Show lessT Ashmead
