Great general app
Great app with a few minor issues.
1- stats don’t include how you missed the green (left, right, short, long) which to me is very important for game improvement.
2- pre mapping of course doesn’t work as the app does use the trees unless your standing on them! Puts you in-between everything.JDC147

We are working on releasing more stat options, so thank you for the feedback! As for the tees we show on the course mapping, we use an average of the back tees, as those distances do not very enough to make a difference in the course preview section. You can always start a round to view more accurate distancing.Excellent Support team
Thought I had a problem with the images on a particular course. Contacted support team and gave me the advice to correct the issue immediately within the App. All done within hours. Thanks Alicia.Bautino

I have downloaded so many golf apps and this is by far the best.
Firstly, it is a mile ahead of other apps when it comes to ease of use. The interface is so simple, it takes 5-10 seconds per hole to update your score, clubs used, penalties, number of putts and how accurate your driver is.
Secondly, it works really on my Apple Watch to a point where sometimes, I will just use the watch app only and leave my iPhone in my bag.
And finally, if your local golf course changes the handicap, the name of the course or your club is not on their database, just create a ticket via the app and you will receive a reply very quickly and a resolution.
It really is worth the money and I have been using this app since 2012 so it has 20 years of stats. Very helpful.Show lessLennyB123

I’ve been using Golfshot for more than 10 years. I like the ability to zoom in to see the distance to a water hazard or trap. I keep my score and number of putts on the app. Great to give you a picture of the hole if you’ve never played the course. Customer Service responds quickly to questions.Pete PSU
Excellent Golf GPS and shot tracking
I’ve used Golfshot exclusively for 8 years. GPS distances are extremely accurate, scoring is seamless, use ability is great. The Apple Watch integration with auto shop t tracking is fantastic. It’s great being able to track all of your swings and see how far the ball is traveling.
A couple of things to work on: the handicap posted on the front page does not differentiate between a negative and plus handicap. In the equipment section, it would be great to more easily see how far the average distance is for each club based on the auto shot tracking. Currently, it shows a distance if you were to edit for manual distance, instead of the average of your tract shots, this is very annoying since the whole point of tracking shots is to be able to get this information at a glance.

I have used this product for about three years now. It gets better every year. I have also modified some of the handicap ratings on my home course when we modified the course. They made it easy to do and it was done that day.
The graphics are great. The Watch app is why I own the product. I check the distance of almost every shot when I get to my ball. This is especially enjoyable if I hit a nice drive downwind and downhill. Ha!Show lessFrederi825

This really is the best app for all my needs as a golfer. The yardage accuracy is stellar and tracking shots feature is fantastic.
If the developers see this the only gripe I have a about this app regards the equipment feature. Players should have the ability to put multiple bags of equipment instead of only one.

I’m fortunate to have been a user of Golfshot for 12 years and paid once for an app that is still paying back in full , now I believe there’s a monthly membership but if I was purchasing a new I still would !!
The detail and accuracy on your mobile device ( or watch ) will be as good if not better than a GPS standalone function ….. and plenty cheaper !!
That all said I’ve contacted the support team within the last 24hrs with an issue I had with a golf course overhead GPS details being missing and these were resolved within TWO HOURS and that was with three different emails !!!!!
A lot of companies would do well in looking at their customer support as it’s top notch !

I have used this app for over 10 years. It has what I need for distances but the score tracking options could be soo much better without a lot of effort. I don’t understand why stableford is an option but match play is not? Also, really need to have the ability to track trash (sandie, greenie, birdie, custom).Show lessBanditX4211
Fix the App please
The app works well but they did a TERRIBLE job updating information from my usual golf course that had a major renovation last year. This app is unusable at the Ladies Golf Club of Toronto. Golfshot plus needs to be more careful. I know that Garmin did a great job updating their maps.a friend of the band

All golf gps apps use different sources for aerial imagery. We updated the scorecard just as you sent in. You did not include any mention of the maps needing to be updated. Please email us at support@golfshot.com with the course layout and we can get it updated.
