I had been using Golfshot + for several weeks and was happy with the program. The listed tee choices was lacking the tees that I recently changed to. I moved from the gold tees to the combo tees. I contacted GS and to my surprise, I had an almost instantaneous response. I was asked to supply a copy of the score card to showcase the combo tees. It wasn’t but a few days before I got another email telling me that the combo tees were added to the choices of available tees. I re-synced the courses in my iPhone and there it was.
I would recommend this company to anyone interested in such an app.

I’ve been using Golfshot for a couple of years and find it to be a good tool. The new pin location feature is problematic and annoying. The assumption is that someone has accurately updated the location whenever the course changes pin locations (nearly every day). I have no idea whether the marked location is accurate so I try to ignore it but it is too visible on the app.
To make this useful the golf course should be invited to participate and have them update it when the pin locations are changed. Otherwise it is an irritating piece of data on the app.Show lessmimi sallee

Pin locations are changing too often for the club to keep this up to date for third party apps such as Golfshot. We have set it up so users can adjust the pin location when they are playing. I love using this app in concert with my Apple Watch. I played a small course in Ireland recently that was not in the app’s database, and found myself glancing at my watch for the distance. I was able to send support the scorecard and photos from the course’s flip-chart guide. Within a few days the course was added! They also added/renamed another course in Ireland that I knew well in advance that I would be playing. The app is fantastic, and the service is extraordinary. Nothing else I’ve tried comes close. I do have the Pro version and it’s worth every dollar. I have only one request, and that’s to export the “flyover” track shot video. It’s fun to watch, but when I have a great hole, like a Birdie on a par 5, I’d love to share with friends.Show lessMichaelGoWrite

I have now purchased four different Apple Watch compatible GPS and this by far is the best. Very user friendly and the GHIN interface is a super feature. Enjoying the distance measuring function but find the display color on the watch difficult to see on sunny days while wearing sunglasses. Great new tool for improvement
I just started using Golfshot and am enjoying it. I’m collecting data on my clubs and on particular holes that I often play. Golfshot is very responsive- they added a missing set of combined tees which had been missing. Request was handled very quickly. I’m still learning the many ways this app can help.Show lessKargee

Update April 2022:
In recent months, I have made contact with the Support team twice. Once to get the mapping updated for courses changes at my home club following renovations, the other time to get an update bug fixed. In both cases, could not fault the professional and prompt service provided, with excellent communication on progress. This App is still tops in my book.

Having used the previous Golfshot for years and being very pleased with it, I was nervous when I saw that my iPhone had auto-updated to Golfshot Plus. Particularly after reading others' tales of misfortune with the new version. I have to say I like the new version and haven't had any issues with it. Good points include: it forces you to plan where you want your next shot to land before giving you the distance to that spot (in addition to giving you distances to the centre of green, and to hazards); expanding the birds-eye view map using 'zoom' gives a very good view of the hole being played; distance accuracy remains good; and battery usage is reasonable. Yes - it's different from the old version we all loved, but such is life. GolfNow tee time booking; tips and drills; scorecards; and news are features of no interest to me, so I ignore them. My previous lifetime payment appears to have been carried over to the new version, certainly I am able to use the app without having made any further payment. So overall, a happy customer and I will continue to recommend this app as a sensible golf distance finder.Show lessWineo99

I have been using this app for years. Mostly at first for the GPS feature when playing. Accurate to the accuracy of my I-Phone’s gos. Now I track shot lengths per club and rounds per course. Once distance put in, it will help suggest club to use. Distances can be historic by tracking or manually entered per club. As a club builder and the owner of 3 name brand sets and 3 non-branded sets, I also track my clubs as they load all the club varieties into their software. So what I have in my bag or have retired are available. I have even worked with there group to add non-branded clubs to their list. This app has not worked on my Apple Watch since the day I bought the watch,all I get is a map of the hole and no other features. I am devastated as I’ve had the app a long time and loved it so hopefully with the latest update I finally get what I’m cravingThe Mighty Dub

Definitely one of the best golf programmers. It calculates your handicap according to most of the different systems. It allows you to analyze your statistics by ALL, by specific courses, by last twenty games or last 5 and it is very easy to enter the data too, only takes a few minutes. It has GPS too ( though I don’t use this part ).Show lessGov711
