Amazing! What?
This game is absolutley amazing. There the best graphics I've ever seen on an iPod game. It's like ps2 graphics. It's amazing. The only reason for 4 *s is because it dosn't have 2 player which isn't that HUGE of a deal and would be an amazing feature. The other thing it's missing is accelaration controls sadly :(. And with that control (along with a brake button!) I bet it would make it to the very top of the apps list! Like the acceleration button on the right and the brake button on the left (which could also be the reverse) and then the app would be perfect. I'm hoping the creator reads this and makes an update for it. I also really like the music. It's awesome.Show lessWayTooTyler

One of the most annoying things I have ever heard of is rating a game 1 star just because it doesn't have everything you wanted, like the ability to change the truck's color. Seriously. Do you seriously expect the dev to do any update just because you said so? Probably not. Well now to the game. While I agree with the reviews that say it's too easy to flip, I agree. Off road physics does not require you to flip over because you hit a miniscule bump.Show lesssteelfirez

i also have it's corresponding, PC based older bro. 1NSANE. that game came out back in 2000, and it's also cool.
this is pretty much 1nsane for your touch or iphone.

Has probs but good
There's a couple things I'd fix with a free update
1- The average car speed should be increased every car u own like
Beattle-35
4x4 truck-45
Wrecker-55
And so on
2-Fix the driving through trees the rocks r ok you could just make it so u bounce over em
3-When you drive off somthing at a good speed you should be able to get some air
4-The physics for your vehicle flipping at a top speed of 26 mph is frankly impossibe and the cars have a high risk of flipping which I don't like
5-Online play would be siiick!
6-I know I'm asking a lot but some of these things can wait for like two or three updates but this is a big prob for me the Jam_collecter I absolutly h8 it please fix I am only able to get at max 4 items before I'm beaten it's lame I would just make it like a time race vs u an the CPU in career
7-Randomness of vehicles please say if I pick the Custom 4x4 truck I should be able to race vs a wrecker as well as maybe a beattle I don't know that would be fun
This game deffinantly though is worth buying I love it it's so awsome it takes a little getting used to at first but great game as I wrote above a few probs but nothing that can't be fixed in some updates ^^

Fun stuff
Update: I just bumped my rating to 5 stars. Kudos to the developer for frequent updates and actually following through when they say they will do so. I got the game at $.99 at it's barebones and thought it was great. They've since added several vehicles, environments, different modes etc. At $3.99 I think it's still a bargain and recommend it to anyone.
Pretty fun game. It's rather difficult even on easy. Could use a couple more environments and different vehicles. Price is right on this game. Could be top 5 with some smooth updates though.Show lessSlipfan
I'm definately impressed
I got this app back before any of the recent updates. free roam was awesome and if possible, I'd like to have it back. but overall, I like the newest update.
to the person who dissed the "real world physics" ummm. I'd have to say that they've never driven an offroad vehicle at speeds. this app is much more realistic than people realize.
I would like to see more events like hill climbs, mud bog racing, truck pulls, etc.... damage would be cool too. and also have a store where you buy performance parts for your truck and be able to tune the gears, engine performance, shock and spring stiffness, ride height, etc.....

Really fun
This is probably the best game I have on my itouch (i have about 30 games). Because of the update, the vehicles and the maps are more fun. For a game like this it's very realistic. Career mode is fun, maybe a bit repetitive. The only new add-on I would suggest for the next update would a hill climb level, and much faster vehicles.. I don't know if this is possible, but what would make this game perfect would be to have an online demolition derby. Oh yeah that's something else: car damage as another add-on would be awesome! Great game
Very good game. My only complaint is that there is no collision detection with rocks and trees, you simply drive right through them. No challenge in that, you need to make it to where we have to avoid these objects rather than just drive through them...Snooptalian
Needs some more
The game is awesome but I think it needs some more. My thoughts are to get a new race like hill climbing and multiplayer. Some other things to are camera views mud water and to be able to drive over rocks. Other people who wanna buy this game I suggest that it's the best idea ever!!!Mud bog j
Can't wait for the update
This is my favorite app for the iPhone by far. If/ when the update comes out it would be nice to have the following:
Win money at the races to buy upgrades for your vehicle, better tires, lockers, lift kit, the possibilities are endless!!
Some water or mud obstacles would be awesome, damage to vehicles, rock crawling course!!
