    Good detail
  • The Best Out There

    As a former U.S. Marine, many of these workouts bring me back to when we would conduct PT in the mornings. There is no better fitness instructor out there than someone who is or was prior military, especially the SEALs. These guys know what fitness is and anyone who doesn't listen to their techniques is a fool. So bottom line is this, follow their workouts and mix them up to suit your lifestyle and I promise you you will be in great shape. You won't become a SEAL and take out targets like OBL, but you will know what REAL fitness truly is.

    Very good app for advice for help on achieving goals, such as weight loss, endurance, muscle gain. Authors appear well qualified.
  • Not a quick fix

    You will actually have to read and invest in learning to benefit from this app, then you will actually have to invest in putting the time in to apply what you have learned. You will get out of it, what you put into it. Look elsewhere for instant gratification or gimmicks, this is about hard work, efficiency and dedication.

    App is very in depth and provides ezcellent info for anyone interested or involved in physical fitness. Good for newbs and experienced people.

  • Great app well worth the money

    This app is full of sound information that is presented in a well structured format. There are videos, calculators, etc. The information will help you to make life changes and will help carry your drive farther. Excellent app for any pre-SEALs out there and SEAL wannabes. I ended up not joining and going to med school, but this is still is a great resource for me.

  • Running section needs an update

    The advice regarding running shoes is out of date and doesn't reflect the latest research regarding foot strike. This statement from the app just plain wrong: While running, the outside of the heel strikes the ground first. This completely ignores the fact that heel striking is inefficient and bio-mechanically incorrect. It also presumes that all runners heel strike, which is just plain wrong.

    Everything you need to know about fitness! I love this app!
  • The best app I ever bought

    This app is worth every penny. It includes everything from the, in print, copy of the Navy SEAL Guide to Fitness plus it includes workouts with video demonstrations and the new Navy operational fitness regimen with video exercise demonstrations. I only wish the expanded Navy SEAL Guide to Nutrition was also included.
