The best (and most economical way) to send cards!
I’ve been using TouchNote for years now and swear by it. Much cheaper than buying a card and then stamps esp when sending from the other side of the world. It’s not super quick to some places (like New Zealand) but very fast to England and Australia. And every card is personalised with your photos. Love it.Show lessBourkey Girl
Long time user, love it
I’m a long time user with family around the world and I love keeping them up to date with postcards that are quick to make and affordable!
Why only the 4 star rating, then? Well, just one bug that has been so annoying for so long (and yes, I’ve reported it, and they say they can’t do anything) which is that if I don’t use the app for more than a week, I’m logged out. Apparently this has something to do with updates, but I can’t think of any other app on iOS that logs me out when it updates.
So that’s a shame, but otherwise, I love this app and service so much!Show lessJimmy H
Disappointing new “premium” membership and time-limited credits
TouchNote used to be a fabulous resource that I used to keep topped up with credits - for thank yous, birthdays, postcards etc etc and was so personal and convenient. Since their new pricing structure, I have become increasing frustrated that it is a becoming a little greedy. I don’t want to be a member -I like to be able to choose when to buy my cards/credits... but not joining up makes a lot of options not available to me. Disappointing touchnote- and I’ve been a fan for a long time.
Also disappointed that there is now a time limit on credits... I missed the email on this (funny, as most of their communications are “loud”) so lost credits which I feel aggrieved about as I’ve paid for cards I haven’t sent - and ended up sending a couple I didn’t need to, just to use the credits up.Show lessEmfou
Great Little App
I have been sending postcards with Touch Note for some time now.
This app is easy to use, quite economical and so convenient, especially when travelling overseas. All the postcards sent have been received and the quality has been wonderful. I love the way I can really personalise cards using my own photos and the speed at which I can send multiple cards.
Recently I have discovered how convenient it is to send birthday cards. I love the way I can create multiple cards and then organise each to be sent on an appropriate date. This is a great app and I have recommended Touch Note to many fellow travellers and friends.Show lessFintraveller
Beware
I really liked this app up until the point I could no longer edit or remove the return address which currently is incorrect. I have laid in $179 USD and unable to use my credits. The developer acknowledge this issue. I followed up...weeks later now and still no fix. I asked for a refund of my credits to move on and they feel reticence is the best play given they have no solution to offer or timeline to fix. Apple was unable to help and now have escalated my complaint with PayPal to get my funds back. Had they been decent and kept communicating we’d not be here. I get that if you don’t have an issue with the app why you like it. I loved it and would have continued doing so indefinitely. Maybe they’re all tied with the Bojo and the big Brexit debacle. In any event...I’m done. Just know if you have a real issue they will hang you out to dry thinking you’ve little recourse. Wrong. I will not go away until I get my refund.Show lessmickct

Thieves
I’ve been using the app for a few years and it has been good . Bought some credits and forgot to use them for awhile. They decided that they will expire after a certain amount of time (the cash I paid for them hasn’t expired I’m sure) so I decide to make a few cards for Christmas and get them mailed to my address so I can send them later . They had sent me an email that I had to use the credits in the next month . I was cutting it close tried to use them at the end of the month but apparently I was two days late and the credits had expired. The response was that 30 days is enough of a month even though August has 31 days. They still have my $ and I have no product. To me is seems like theft and extremely poor service!Show lessBear-123:)

You end up giving them basically exclusive rights to your photos and to share those photos with others. I don’t know about you, but I don’t want another company have royalty-free, irrevocable license to my family photos... Do you? Think about that!Show lessIjeepdoyou
Expiring credits- do not use this app
My credits Expired with no warning. The company says they sent me emails and that I should’ve checked my spam! Why would I do that? Good money down the drain would never have anything to do with this company again.lagolaso
