This is the only way my printer will work. Went from very frustrated too happy. I hate tech and it was pretty easy.

Printer not really working to my satisfaction
I wish I had purchased a different printer. Supplies, especially ink, is very costly. There’s no way to substitute the ink. It has to be ‘Epson printer. The replacement ink is very expensive and there’s no substitute. I am very unhappy with the printer and learned my lesson. I won’t be in such a hurry next time I purchase another printer.

Praying to print
It’s great to print from my phone. But the alignment is out and struggling to use my printer from computer. So I humbly pray give me patience.. as I try put word to paper.
Crazy wifi
The wifi is always screwed up and frequently doesn’t work.
Very difficult to use
Does not work for all Epson printers. Screen layout very difficult to read. Unhelpful error messages. I expect better from Epson, especially since these printers are so expensive.
That being said, this app at least works for some models (once you figure out how to enter an IP manually); the “recommended” app does not even work.

Great unit so far
Just purchase this Epson WF-4830 workforce pro multifunction printer a couple of days ago. Putting it through all the functions accept fax(don’t really need this anymore). I wanted a multipage double sided (duplex) scanner from the automatic document feeder(adf) but a lot of printers don’t seem to have this functionality, or hard to find out if they do. I found this printer had it all and within my price range. So far it’s doing everything that I require in a printer and scanner. The ability to email to the printer and print (after registration) from anywhere is a handy function. Very happy so far. I’m also exploring the various apps which Epson have available. I can scan and print from the iPhone and PC it was so easy to set up and get up and running, although I do have some tech skills. Printing seems quite quick compared to my old Canon unit which has served me for years but finally died. WIFI connection was automatic and simple using the WPS button on my router. All in all it is a great purchase
