Defect Fix: - Corrected major issue that prevented the user from editing older service entries; no matter what item is selected, the edits would be applied to the first item on the list.

Defects Fixed: - When adding a new service record the data could not be changed or saved. - Editing records, the back button displayed the name of the previous screen (Service, Trips, etc.) Changed Cancel since using it does not save any changes made. - Categories table list was not sized correctly and the first section label was not placed at the top of the screen as it should have been. - When selecting a new category, the select category displays a checkmark so that it is clear what item was selected. Enhancements: - Add search functionality to categories selection list. - Editing any text field, the Done button on keyboard now saves changes.
