Das Buch ist eingezeichnet ich bekomme sie auf französische und es ist gut. Gib es ein weg ohne sie zum zweite mal kaufen un auch auf Deutsch zu lesen...manchmal es ist gut ein anderen Koch Zuhause zu haben? :-) DankeJovial80
Not that good
For a very large 153MB apps, I was expecting a whole lot more.
I purchased this apps to have around the kitchen whenever I would have wanted information about a certain produce and it's good and bad nutrients. Instead, they just tell you that a tomato can be green, red or brown and that we eat the flesh and skin .... but nothing on it's nutrients.

Not Enough Items Yet
I thought $3.99 was a little pricey once I started using this app. I looked up several food items that are popular but often confusing and most of those were not found (ie: endive, scallions, tripe, goat cheese, barbacoa). If these things are listed, I couldn't find them. Plus, there seems to be no wiggle room on spelling. If you can't spell 'mackerel' you might not find it.

Unique and very useful
This is a great app, particularly useful for foreigners living abroad (as I am).
Besides an obvious glitch in the favorites tab (it's in German, even when English is selected), I would add a fifth star if any or all of the followings come in future versions:
1. Ability to create shopping lists.
2. Ability to add foods.
3. A better looking icon.

Like a mini Larousse Gastronomique
This food guide is perfect for anyone who is really into food, culinary student/ learning about it or is in the food service industry. It's broken up into chapters and each definition is paired with it's name in other foreign languages. This guide is very eurocentric in that it lacks definitions for regional U.S. foods. Otherwise than that, it's pretty nice.Show less_Lilith
