Not tracking instead shows a blank screen
This use to work fine but now shows a blank screen even after reinstalling on IOS 17.7Rolski_

No Tracking!
Really?? How could anyone let this app go to the App Store the way it is?? Clearly it received NO testing after the last update. If you try to use it for tracking, you can’t paste a tracking number into the field. You can manually type in the 22 digit tracking number, but tapping Search does nothing. You can’t tap a check box next to a tracking number on the list and check it to delete that tracking number from the list. If you tap a tracking number on the list, you can go into the details. If you then tap the Remove from Tracking button at the bottom of the screen, an Are You Sure? popup appears, but if you tap OK on that popup, it does nothing. The Cancel button on that popup works.
This is not the first time tracking has been broken. The last time, the app actually directed the user to the website, and it was left that way for a long time. Tracking has now been broken since that last update which was labeled “Maintenance and bug fixes.” I hope it doesn’t take as long to fix it this time, and I hope it gets tested before a fix is released… and I hope it stays fixed!!Show lessIsaiah_5:20

Works well, interface a bit clunky, but has some good features.

App NO LONGER TRACKS Packages
I’ve used this app for many years. Recently the package tracking function of has completely stopped working. There are mentions of recent updates to the app, but there’s no way to see what version I have, and if my app has updated. I assume it must be automatic? I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling. It still does not work. When you put in a tracking number and click [Search], absolutely nothing happens. Time to delete this app. And time to contact my Senator about why the heck Louis DeJoy, the clown that Trump installed as Postmaster General in 2020, to dismantle the Post Office and run it into the ground… Why has he not been removed and replaced by the board that hires and fires the postmaster general position? Seems likely that, ultimately, Louis DeJoy could be the reason behind why the app no longer works…. and why service keeps declining. He’s purposely making big changes that are making the US Mail delivery system slower and less reliable every day.
AND NOW I SEE that the featured “5 star review” for this app is 4 YEARS OLD! Yes, that’s when USPS was efficient and dependable… before DeJoy was the PostMaster!Show lessKazzrieT
Was great, but now….
Since the later set update, this app doesn’t play ball at all on my iPhone 12 Pro. Can’t search tracking numbers, nor can I delete previous items that have been delivered.
Buttons are there, but just don’t seem to function.Thomas Shitt

Update: last update broke it again!! What is your problem? Fix this please. Same problems as my first review. I’m so disgusted with this app not working again. Just fix it already, PLEASE!

Update: STILL NOT WORKING. I can not do anything with this app. It’s totally hosed. WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO FIX THIS? According to the last several updates, you only update once a year! Really? Get with reality and work on this now. We need an update please!!! Update: I had to delete the app and reloaded it daily for over a week. Now I can’t even get it to track at all. I try to search a tracking number and hit search but nothing happens at all. I used to like this app, but the last update messed it up. Now I can’t delete tracking numbers once they’ve been delivered. I can check the box and the trash can isn’t showing up. If I click on the tracking number and scroll to the bottom it shows a button to remove tracking number and click ok, but nothing happens there either. Please fix this. Doesn’t allow tracking after latest update
Tracking stopped working after update to version 5.36.3 on iOS 17. It was fixed on the last update but not it’s back to not working again. Fix your appJoker6866
Bugs and glitches
Glitchy and buggy. Going in to tracking an item in my saved tracking items list, it jumps back out after a second every time, and I have to go back into it again.
Also now the Get Test and Email Updates option doesn’t work either.MagMan79
Tracking doesn’t work
I can track items via the website but the app doesn’t allow me track. Very poor. It’s been like this for a few weeks and I have deleted and reinstalled and it’s still not working. 👎Ferraripower2005
