1년차 호스트의 솔직후기
단기임대라는 게 참 좋은 제도지만, 매번 직접 만나서 계약서 쓰고 도장 찍는 과정이 여간 번거로운 게 아니잖아요. 33엠투를 만난 후로는 그 모든 수고로움이 거짓말처럼 사라졌습니다. 마치 손님이 숙소를 예약하듯 깔끔하고 편하게 진행되니, 호스트 입장에서도 이보다 더 편리할 수 없네요.
어느덧 운영한 지 1년 남짓 되었는데, 시간에 비례해 플랫폼이 차곡차곡 발전하는 게 눈에 보여 볼 때마다 괜히 제가 다 설렙니다. 보이지 않는 곳에서 섬세하게 챙겨주시는 운영진분들의 노고가 늘 느껴져 감사한 마음입니다. 앞으로도 호스트와 게스트 모두에게 든든한 보금자리가 되어주길, 더 널리 번창하시길 응원합니다!

I truly love the 33m2 app! It makes renting in Korea as a foreigner so much easier and less stressful. The listings are easy to understand, the rental process is simple, and the best part is that you don't need a huge deposit like you normally would with traditional Korean housing. In my opinion 33m2 is the best app in Korea to find short stay homes, you can find from affordable to luxury homes, too many options are there and the payment methods is safe the app will keep the deposit
