So when diamonds are called and you partner sends double queen of spades and you return them and you have both double jacks of diamonds you do NOT send the queens back You always miss double pinochle wish you always seems to set you. I like the game except the partner robot trumps your ace leads. Your partner should never trumps your leads except when that’s the only thing left in his hand or if you lead a low card that could be taken by a higher card. These are stupid moves that makes the game frustrating.rprummel

My mother, 87, plays this game almost every day and now she’s upset that you’ve changed the way the game is played! Talk about getting an earful!
I know that updates are essential to keep things running smoothly but did you have to change the way it was played? Any chance you are getting other complaints and will be changing it back?

poor passing of cards
I don’t appreciate the poor passing of cards. I have lost so many hands from partners poor passing. I have tried several times to play and I just can’t play this game anymore. Someone does not comprehend how this game is played in real time.retiredNNP
Fun game, but has drawbacks
Once you learn the quirks, that can drive you crazy, this game is fun to play. I enjoy bridge and spades, but find the online versions too involved. With this pinochle game I can set my iPad to airplane mode, to avoid all the ads, and finish a game in 10-15 minutes. I like that you can apply strategy in your own play. I agree with other reviews that the bot partner can be frustrating. For example, passing cards that would have been a pinochle or double pinochle when they win the bid.Show lessTomg24137
Good game! Beware!
This is a good game. The game contains, spyware. A 1 800 number pops up in the game. It’s phishing for your Apple ID. The guy on the 1800 number says that there is something wrong with your phone and only he can fix it! NEVER give out your Apple ID. I removed the game and it went away.ironrodman
Double Deck Pinochle
I have much fun playing this game. My partner, the computer, plays well in supporting my bids and that’s a plus when playing computer card games.songbird8

I’ve played this version of Pinochle for a few years on various iPhones and just recently it’s developed glitches that will not stop even after several times of deleting and reinstalling the app! Get it together developers! I finally gave up and just downloaded a different free version with more features and superior graphics.Show lessKad731
Robot-partner single mode is stupid!!!
Your robot partner logic needs some serious work. There are several complaints about how stupid the partner is. Today my "partner" did not pass the jack of my club trump suit, and then I find out it has both jacks but passed something like the queen of spades instead! It frequently throws away an ace of a suit that I melt the K+Q in on my trump trick, and it keeps leading counters of a suit that will obviously be trumped by the opponent before pulling trump.

Terrible partner, too many ads
The teammate is an idiot for sure. Playing Aces after I do instead of playing lower counter cards - what a waste that could be used in other places (which could cost the game).
I end up turning off my wifi so that I don't have to listen to or watch ads every few minutes (which are always the same). I get free games need ads, but there's a limit before it ends up disrupting gameplay to the point where the desire to play is dimished.Show lessewok626
