## What is 34Coins?

将时间管理拆解成相对简单机械的步骤：记录、回顾、总结。
以此更明确地掌握时间使用情况，以引起愧疚心理的方式，促进时间使用效率的提高，并利用以此获得的成就感，培养并保持自制力。 

将一天清醒的17个小时主要分类成五种，
以每半个小时为单位（共17 X 2=34 /天；此为34枚金币名称由来）加以标记：

1、蓝色 guilt free play time 尽情娱乐 如：和好久不见的朋友聊天聚会
2、绿色 rest time 休息放松 如：吃饭、休息、走路
3、黄色 quality work time 高效工作
4、橙色 mandatory work time 强迫工作 必须去做但没有太多意义的时间
如：大学必须上的没意义的课，工作开会无聊的时间
5、红色 procrastination time 无效工作 如：刷微博等拖延时间

每天睡前用五分钟坚持统计。
每周统计各部分占一周总时间的比重。
以此认识自己是不是对时间进行了有效利用。

这个方法的意义在于：
确实能逐渐改变自己的生活状态，改掉拖延症；
得到成就感→有助于形成自制力；
未记录就等于未发生，通过记录了解到时间究竟用在了哪里，证明自己存在过。

读了艾力的书，觉得是个非常好的方法，就立刻下载了这个应用。不过有几点小建议和疑问：1. 不同的时间长度是否可用对应的时间表宽度表示，而不是统一的高度？2. 34枚金币不是每半个小时为一个金币吗，最后的计算是否应该乘2呢？3.是否能用户自定义计算方式呢？多谢！
