Phone function

This app is terrible, the phone function did not work when it was needed. The failure of this function has safety implications. Terrible.

Good but still needs some improvement

I downloaded the app so that I can book a cab for myself and my mum. When I selected from the book again list, the destination did not show up. Instead, ‘To be determined later’ was shown. By accident, today, I discovered I had to tab into the destination field and key in the same destination again. I just check the app, and now, it is working properly. The driver for the first booking told my mum who has to use a walker and myself to cross the road even though I had to told him via the app to drive onto the driveway and horn. Since, I had already entered the destination, no driver should asked me where I am going as if I had not entered the details. I hope this will you improve the app.

Best and only way

Don’t travel without it

So good to use this App, but...

Friday morning the App hanged on startup splash screen, tried twice, gave up and used Silver Top App :(

Later the App works! No problems with App or service after that :)

Saturday booked a cab to a pickup location of a shopping center whose entrance is not the listed street address (GPS failings!) and the cab went off track, I tried calling the driver via your great App feature that lets you do so, but flipping useless when the driver hangs up on me multiple times :(

When that happens I cancel the booking and try again. Got the same cab and again try and call the driver, but again refused, and again I canceled :(

I waited a minute, tried again and got new cab, and when they went past the entrance, but wait before I can call, they called me :)

(Mind you I think the driver was colour blind, but that's another story LOL!)

The suggestion are, keep bug checking your App, and add a ability to add notes like the entrance is here instead of the listed street address.

Finally get your drivers to purchase of their own accord a Melways, or Sydways, etc and get them to study the main areas they operate in!!! GPS cannot always be reliable :(

Note also, when providing a support link in the App store, please don't have it go to a booking page, it needs to go to a proper support page instantly!

payment

won’t accept any of my credit cards (none are AU) and so can’t register.

Payment problem

I can’t get my credit cards added in the app even though I am using the very same cards to pay on the taxis.

MW Review

There was no actual confirmation that the booking had been accepted, just the Countdown. As a first time user this make one unsure.
The app would not accept my NZ credit card and never gave a reason for this. This wasn’t a big issue but was a little frustrating.

Can’t even register

Sending an sms to an American phone number didn’t even work so I can’t register to use the app.
