This app is no good. Everytime I click on it, it closes. Now it won’t let me log in. Says I have invalid email/username/password. Have no way to contact customer support.

I’ve tried to change my email notification settings all day, via the website and now the app.
The app crashes every single time I access my profile to try and change those settings.
All I want is to stop receiving emails I never signed up to receive, from people I don’t even know.

Wishes to be a social media app, but fails in many ways. Profile pictures look terrible and have poor resolution. UI is not very user friendly. Sometimes I just get a blank white screen when trying to give a wow. Since this is a company paid service I would think they would improve, but 2 years in with the program it is just not what it should be.

Ease of use in redeeming points, i got my egift cards in a couple days after submission via email. Please put a larger denomination of gc.
