Won’t send a code to complete the login. Junk, don’t bother until it’s finally fixed ### 1/5 — pretty useless *2025-12-23, version 29.0.4* this app is pretty useless. I can never login to my account using this app. ### 1/5 — Every function fails *2025-12-12, version 29.0.4* Logging in, it does not remember that I already have a connected patient record and prompts me to supply a prescription number. Attempting to renew a prescription, the barcode scanner cannot auto focus. Nor can I enter it manually: the onscreen keyboard blocks the “submit“ button. iPhone 17 Pro, IOS 26.1. ### 1/5 — Have to sign in every time *2025-11-24, version 29.0.2* Every time I open the app I need to resign in and get authentication code. Absolutely ridiculous. As well, you can't remove medications that you no longer use. Needs a lot of work. Update: this issue is still not fixed. I regret signing up with my apple account. I also can’t get in to my account at all anymore. You need two factor authentication to get in, the only option is for them to email a code, but I never get the code anymore. Ever. My account is currently useless. I can do literally nothing with it. Tried to log in again and it has nothing linked anymore and says the pharmacy didn’t approve my account. I signed up with a QR code provided by my pharmacy. Today it locks me out from my previous password and when I go to reset it, it tells me I’ve already used the password it wouldn’t let me in with! So I reset the password and miss reads the Rx number and it locks me out. I get it, it needs to be secure but this isn’t Fort Knox. If I can’t log in I can’t use it. Now I’ve tried adding myself again but said I can’t because I’m already registered. I can’t access any of my or my family’s info at all anymore. Absolutely frustrating. Just complete garbage. To make it worse the sign in is through a webpage not the app itself. To make it even worse the sign in is super duper slow. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work AT ALL *2026-07-11, version 30.0.4* Since my pharmacy switched to using health 360, getting my prescription refilled is impossible unless I call the pharmacy. The app is never able to find my prescription. ### 1/5 — Junk *2026-07-03, version 30.0.4* Worst app ever ### 1/5 — Poorly Made *2026-06-30, version 30.0.4* The login process is painful, every time you open the app you have to login again. Have had situations where codes aren’t emailed. The app only slightly beats having to calling in to request a refill. When you do login, the authentication website simply says “sobeys ics” instead of logging you in. To actually login, you need to repeat the process. Using the website is a lot easier. If I sign in with Apple which already has two factor authentication built in, why do I need to do another email code? How could you not put a cart icon for your purchases? Why can’t it be a simple thing? I thought I submitted my request for pills on Thursday and because the app sends so many damn notifications I figured it must mean it went through… NOPE… just more notifications that I have overdue prescriptions. So I check the app again today and see the tiny little 1 on the bottom right corner and find that I didn’t submit my prescription. It keeps crashing. ### 3/5 — Doesn’t Remember Your Credentials *2025-03-11, version 27.0.3* Once you manage to login, the app works just fine. But why do I have to login every single time the app is launched? Why can’t / won’t it remember my credentials or use Face ID??? ### 2/5 — Login broken *2026-04-08, version 29.3.7* The login process is arduous and sometimes doesn’t work, because it just opens a browser window inside the app. It will never remember credentials either. If you open this app once a day, you’ll have to login every single time so it’s not much different than using a website. ### 2/5 — Convenient but buggy *2025-10-26, version 28.0.3* I like the convenience of being able to refill the prescriptions online but the app is incredibly buggy. Often I need to sign in twice before it will let me access my account. Also today it’s not accepting my refills - I will get a text confirmation but when I go back in the app to check on status it won’t show any refills in progress. Either way, I'm rarely able to get into this app to check my prescriptions. I understand an extra level of caution after the breach several years ago but this is just embarrassingly bad. ### 2/5 — Login process is a pain *2025-06-25, version 28.0.1* While the app itself is good at keeping track of my meds the login system is truly awful. No Face ID or way to change your email. The verification code email never arrives or arrives so late that I have to restart the process. No option to skip this part. When you finally manage to input the code it sends you to a broken link page and it’s a gamble to see if will let you login or not. Despite the old app being more basic I truly miss the ease of access it had. ### 2/5 — Please add Face ID or easier code access *2025-04-17, version 27.0.3.1* It will always take two login attempts to get the code sent to you. It’s been like that since I started using the app. Annoying at home, infuriating at the dr’s office. Can we please add Face ID or something so the code goes through on the first try? Other than that it’s good at tracking my meds and getting a refill is simple once you get in. Hope they can fix it. 🫶 ### 2/5 — Improvements Required *2025-01-27, version 26.0.1* Sobeys migrated to this system a while ago now, and would have thought we would see some stability improvements and functionality enhancements at this point? Ex: I mean, it’s fine if you want to enforce two-factor authentication when loggomg-in (even though you’ve given the option of using Face ID); so why cam you not have the option to send the code via TEXT MESSAGE? I mean, as soon as you confirm an order, the system automatically starts sending you text confirmation and updates?
