## What is 360i?

360i turns a property handover into something everyone can see.

Homeowners book their key collection in the app, choosing from the dates and times their developer has opened. They lodge defects room by room with photos, follow every repair through to completion, and sign the work off at the joint inspection.

Developers and managing agents see handover progress, open defects, overdue repairs and booking load across the whole development. Assign work to the right contractor, chase what is late, and close cases with a full audit trail behind every status change.

Contractors open a job and see the case, the unit, the location and the photos before walking in, then mark the work done from site for the owner to confirm.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

- Book, reschedule and manage key collection appointments
- Lodge defects with photos through a guided form built from your development's own defect catalogue
- Follow every defect from lodgement to closure, with repair targets and days remaining
- Book and run joint inspections, and capture sign-off on site
- See live handover figures for a whole development at a glance
- Export bookings and reports, with contractor exports limited to unit, date and time

BUILT FOR SINGAPORE

Singapore public holidays are built into every calendar, so nobody books a slot that cannot happen. Unit references follow the block, level and unit convention your team already uses.

PRIVACY BY DESIGN

Contractors receive the unit, the date and the time — never the owner's name, email or phone number. Owners see their own unit and nothing else. Every status change is recorded against the person who made it.

BY INVITATION

360i is used by invitation. Your developer or managing agent creates your account and sends you an invite for your unit. There is no public sign-up.
