The password was not saved anywhere, the password reset failed, the captures to identify humans didn’t make sense at all, fonts were not displayed illegibly, parts of the UI are in Chinese! The FAQs point to a support page i.360.cn -and that’s in Chinese! It no longer loads previously saved maps, making the vacuum treat every cleaning session as if it’s the first time in the house. Attempting to set a cleaning schedule is now pointless—the time doesn’t save, and the function is essentially broken. On top of that, the app fails to populate the map when starting, instead forcing a complete remapping of the house every time.
