想登录自己的账号，不绑定手机，还不可以！
为什么一定要绑定手机？不绑定手机还登录不了？难道用邮箱号就不行吗？强烈建议不要把绑定手机作为登录软件自己账号的必要条件邮箱也是一个很好的选择。
Worse app ever
The app doesn’t allow me to validate my account, also it doesn’t provide any english chat bot, I also not able to modify my current account details such as Name
Negative experience
Not a fan of the company as there is no flexibility. The app doesn’t really work well. They impose you a change (I had a flight planned in the morning at 8 am and they changed my flight for the one at 3pm) but no compensation or flexibility or possibility to understand what happened and if other options are possible or not.

Just terrible
This is genuinely one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. The bot check literally gets on a loop and sometimes doesn’t even work.
The website literally changes prices for flights with each refresh.
They make thing a so unnecessary technical, why do I have e a booking reference, it’s seat number, online confirmation number and also an E-Ticket number. They don’t even refer to the correct term for these when you need these to check your flight status leaving you guessing.
To put it simply it is a disastrous app/website.

Operating in Overseas Markets yet Support in Chinese
I’ve tried to book flights and it’s offered me flex for the same price as economy but only if I register for Corporate.
I’ve tried to register for Corporate using the app but it switches to Chinese, I’ve emailed them but no response and fully I tried the support lines but all in Chinese.

Lots big, app design with lots conflicts. Bugs everywhere. Lots of attempts for one same action

Firstly cannot complete my ID registration.
Second cannot load ticket numbers into the app. Keeps coming back failed to load check your ticket number.
Thirdly when I get a reply by text or email it is written in Chinese even though I have specified English.
Totally frustrated with the app and will be deleting it immediately.

Difficult app
This is genuinely the worst and most difficult air app I have ever used in my life. I have flown with many different airlines and all their apps are so easy to navigate and provide clear instructions on how to do things which this app lacks. I have tried to add a booking in multiple times yet it keeps telling me the booking doesn’t exist - it definitely does because the money has been taken from my account!

Such a complicated App! Very very difficult to navigate. Requir d to enter the same passenger details, flight details many times. Add to this required to receive a OTC via txt or email more than 5 times on one booking!!
