  • Yep.

I like space. Keep it coming.
  • Great !

Truly amazing little App. Would like to see the 'Go To' Button a little closer to the left edge of the screen as it's a bit difficult to reach when you are holding the device. Also the said menu at this side could be a little larger as it can be a bit fiddly using the small menu buttons. Also Further close-up Planet and objects of interest from the point of your location would be good. Apart from that it seems fine, however I am sure other expert Star Gazers may have found other improvements that could be made to the App. Keep up the good work with the App!
If this does not make you feel like a humble earthling nothing will.
Bring on the Warp Speed technology so we might stand a chance of saying hello to somebody out there one day.

  • Completely awesome!

It is unbelievable to me that this app is free...incredible!
  • Useless

I have tried this app from Georgia to Texas. No matter where I go, or what I do, this is what I get when I bring up this app. The "compass interference" screen comes up and tells me to move away from the interference or move the iPad in a figure-eight. I have done more figure-eights than an Olympic figure skater, with zero results. I have never seen this app WITHOUT the compass interference screen. Behind that, blinking, is a "location not set" screen. I think that is what it says, it is hard to tell behind the "compass interference screen." Of course, the buttons on the location screen are not responsive, since they are blinking behind the other screen. I have had this app for four months, and that is all I have ever seen on this app. I am deleting it now, and, needless to say, I am NOT purchasing the $10 version.

  • Stunning!

On every level, this "app" is an incredible achievement. I don't even know whether it is fair to call something like this a mere "app". Augmented reality, incredible graphics, full use of the iPad's orientation sensors, education ... It's all there.

Quite possibly the single most impressive download offered by the Apple store, and it's completely free!

  • awesome

Just tested it out up here in the hills where there are no lights and a clear sky. It showed the sky and each star I pointed it to it showed its name and what part of a constellation. I pointed it at the moon and there it was, on the screen, the moon.

I cannot believe it is free. I would have paid for this.

  • Starstruck!

I was really confused when I first saw this, but once you realize it is truly point and shoot, it is superb. And the level of detailed information about planets, stars, constellations is spot on. Jupiter is in the skies above uk at present, the closest and brightest it has been for 40 years, and this app makes it easy to find and track. My daughter is enthralled by being able to identify the planets as they pass by and we are addicted sky watchers now. Excellent app, one of my faves now. /nev

  • Great

Really clever. I'd like to be able to see better images of planets etc. To be able to double click them to see them larger, and also have a choice to read up More about them.
